What are the benefits of intermittent ice application?

Intermittent ice application has proven time and time again to not only prevent skin irritation from cold ice pack, but also to permit constant bloodflow to injuties.

How long should I ice for?

This depends on your injuries, but we typically reccomend cycles of 20 minutes on and 20 minies off.

How is IcyAid different than other ice packs?

IcyAid has changed the icing game by adding app and timer functionality. Our ice pick is also designed for long icing cycles with a gel ice pack encased in a soft sleeve to allow for quality icing. Generic ice packs lack these features and lack the longevity that IcyAid ensures.

Do you have to be an athlete to use IcyAid?

No, IcyAid is made for everyone. Anyone recovering from an injury can use IcyAid. IcyAid is recommended for anyone trying to have a quality recovery. We encourage anyone to use our product to recover.
